Downhole sensor system "SPT1" is designed to receive the data of the ESP operation and data of the environment at the intake pump point:
- pressure at the pump intake
- stator winding temperature
- ambient temperature
- submersible motor vibration in three axes
- submersible motor and cable insulation resistance.
The downhole sensor system type SPT1 consists of the submersible sensor mounted to the base of the motor and surface telemetry communication unit.
Data from the downhole sensor is transferred to the switchboard controller "Kaskad2-200" ("Kvant-1") which displays them in real time, stores in memory and transfers to the telemetry system.
The controller "Kaskad2-200" trips the ESP system when current values start deviating from preset values and controls the preset start and shutdown mode of the ESP system.
