Incoming control of new equipment

All new oilfield equipment supplied to company’s production bases is subject to incoming control to confirm the requirements of technical documentation. Besides, submersible motors and hydro-protectors pass the tests at testing benches and cable lines are put on high voltage trials. In case of unavailability such units are kept in a room for defective products and customer’s representatives together with company’s authorized representatives are preparing claims on them.

Pull down/out and installation/removal of downhole and surface equipment

Personnel of production bases prepare, complete, load and deliver downhole and surface equipment directly to customers’ oilfields and carry out further installations.
Installations of downhole and surface equipment are performed by skilled personnel as per technological requirements, operating schedules and contracts.
Electricians have all required tools/instruments to perform installation-removal of oilfield equipment.
The company strictly observes safety precautions especially electrical safety and customrs’ corporate requirements in the sphere of labor protection, environmental protection and industrial sanitation. All employees are provided with means of personal protection, special clothes and footwear as per requirements of labor protection.

Start up, commissioning, preparation and operation of oilfield equipment

Production bases employ skilled personnel who are able to start up, commission and operate oilfield equipment. After the installation and pull down of downhole equipment to a rated depth a set of surface equipment shall be prepared for start up as per the request of oilfield engineer.
Electrician is to start up, set up protection of switchboard and commission it. Optimal voltage for submersible motor shall be selected after its’ commissioning.
Optimal operation of oilfield equipment as agreed with customer shall be achieved by means of change and set up of ESP system operating conditions.
The company employs experienced specialists in numerous spheres who know technology of repair, completion, installation, start up, commissioning and operation of ESP systems.
All types of works are carried out as per the requirements of safety regulations and especially electrical safety regulations.

Transportation of oilfield equipment to oilfields

Production bases utilize special vehicles equipped with manipulators and platforms assigned for the transportation of both downhole and surface electrical equipment directly to oilfields of customer.
Production bases are able to perform transportation by their own vehicles and by vehicles they lease from customer’s subcontractor.

Investigating reasons for failure and emergency

Production bases have investigatory teams who perform on a constant basis investigation of reasons for failure and emergencies of oilfield equipment as per the requirements of regulating documents and bilateral agreements with oil- and gas producing companies.
Once per quarter investigatory teams analyze reasons for failure, develop organizational and technical measures aimed at the decrease in failures and emergencies, investigate violations of technological discipline made by employees.
