Production bases of the company are able to carry out complete cycle of current repair of both Russian and western equipment (REDA, Centrilift and etc.).

All repairs are made on the most up-to-date equipment of the leading manufacturers in accordance with environmental requirements, professional health and safety.

Repairs are made using thoroughly selected parts (incoming control of spare parts, preliminary quality sorting and complete sorting, obligatory control of assembly parts) that in fact provide extended life to repaired equipment.

Repair also means complete replacement of hardware and rubber parts.

Pump housings and stators of submersible motors pass straightness check.

End parts and ESP shafts are checked by non-destructing method.
Switchboards, transformers and cable lines are subject to inspection.

Cable lines are repaired using temperature-resistant motor lead extensions of own manufacture designed for the temperature up to 230 °Ñ.

After the completion of repair all units pass bench tests, vibration tests with issuing protocol of testing that shall be considered certificate of repair quality.
